I Am In a Relationship But I Don't Feel Loved

My bf dont do anything for me...months now i have asking to go on a simple date so i'll 'know how it feels', he said I hurt him.when I said that, also he hasnt gotten around to doing so. If I'm this fustrated and lonely in my relationship,I wonder how married people feel when they have relationship struggles?
