I Fight Depression And Loneliness Everyday Depres

So i have been struggling to keep going and battle the depression. Today started off bad my idiot of a new boss wouldnt listen to me when i said something wasnt going right but then 10 minutes later he decided what i said was right and took the glory for it and then had the cheek to say i didnt know to do my job. I walked off devasted and even lower than i have been only for then a woman who always ignores me and can be rude to appear . But she put a coffee in my hand put her arm round me and said this for you i have noticed how unhappy you have been lately i think your great at this point i was really struggling not to cry she noticed and said i will hold your hand throu these dark times if you want she smiled at me and my day started to feel better.
