Do you have dual citizenship?

I'm Canadian and added UK. My dad was born there, so no problem.

I would have been able to apply for American citizenship but my mother didn't put my father on my birth certificate, while he was a live I tried to get it corrected but I needed her help, anyways he's passed away now so that's a dead end.
