Personally, I think it's sobering and in it's own way very uplifting. Depends if you know the song or not and the rest of the lyrics I suppose.

@SweetMae: It's called God, and that's the opening line. The last line is "The dream is over." which people also often mistake as being a negative sentiment, even though both John Lennon and Yoko have both been quoted as saying it's the most positive lyric in the song.
