I Love the Country Life
Do you like to get away from the hubbub of Society?
I went for a drive out to Monadnocks Conservation Park several days ago.
50 km's from Perth.
It makes me realise how cacophonous city life can be. Even in lock down.
Sure, having a Garden is wonderful but the bush is so quite and peaceful.
I can sit among the trees and listen to the sounds of the insects and the animals.
The singing of the Birds and even the smells associated with the bush assail my senses.
Sitting there enjoying the sunshine and the colours of the countryside.
Time in the bush is a lovely and precious thing.
Even the shapes of the trees and leaves bring me wonder and joy.
The wild flowers, the sun glinting off the water spray from the nearby creek.
