I Have Random Thoughts

It requires bravery to walk barefoot in public. Society imposes itself on you and sometimes enforces conformity. I tend to lack that bravery and I hate myself for it. The vulnerability of the sole is a way of life and i want to free myself of insecurity. There are a lot more places where I'd prefer to go without shoes than there are places where it's necessary. Being ostracized could be an experience I want to have if it means I can feel alive and grounded. Not to mention the health benefits. Although it is getting cold and walking barefoot got me sick. My blood is too thin for Colorado it seems...
