Well i am an alcoholic so i would have to agree. But you should use it to feel good not a coping mechanism

@lakergoy if you use it to make you feel good or better that is a way of coping...I dont want it. Wasting money on beer are you crazy???

Well i generally go with vodka now ok you're getting me twisted with the having a good time = coping.... But i will read about it
