When my mom is around I feel like nothing I do or say is right. Everything is wrong.

I’m not very sure how to explain. My whole family went though lots of abuse at the hand of my dad fo about 20 years. Just the fall out from that I suppose

@SW-User You dont need to please her but give her positive encouragement. Thank her that she has never left you because of an abusive man. Thank her of the sacrifice that she made for the family. However, she has to stop to criticise you.
