What do you do when you're confused and don't know what to do plus you're physically in pain

I'm still trying to figure that out. Had surgery 3 weeks ago and feel worse than b4. Anxiety & depression don't help matters any.

Just lie down in dark and numb my feelings .does it work ?
Never .instead of being active participant in my life , i become passive and i meet constant failure.

Take pain medications... cry sometimes, write, listen to music, sleep once pain has lessened

Try and sit peacefully with a youtube videoof the sea sounds or sounds of a forest ☺

Ask questions to someone that isnt cinfused.
