I Am Confused

I thought contractors were suppose to know geometry. Apparently the one who built our house must have gotten past that by bribing someone because if I’m not mistaken my wall in my bathroom is definitely not at a 90’ degree angle. It looks a little obtuse.

Most contractors don't know what they're doing. All they want is the money. You have to be careful when you are choosing a contractor and you always have to watch them. They put a lot of people in big messes.

I still remember when the house was being built and they did not properly set up some of the lights for the upstairs. My parents were going to sue him for everything he had because they expected to get a nice house for $300,000.00 but it just has more issues than a 60 year old house. The two a/c units went out 5 times in a year. We had to buy two more and they failed as well. The reason for that is the shoddy electrical work that connects them to the house. @infiniterealism

@LifeHurts66 Unfortunately this kind of things happens quite often. You are not the only one in this situation. I think contractors are some of the lowest and worst kinds of people I've encountered.

I know I’m not the only one but I know it makes everybody mad. I’m considering on being a contractor myself but I would actually work for the money and not cut corners. I take pride into everything I do, especially at school and if it does not please me I will redo it over and over again until I am satisfied. Wouldn’t you rather pay someone a little more to get the house you actually expect to get if not better?@infiniterealism

@LifeHurts66 yes. It's better to pay more and get something good. But if the contractor is bad more money don't help. I also thought of becoming a contractor once too after I realized how many of them are stupid.
