It's just one long chapter so far.

Ya do your best "writing" when ya go with the flow... Events or change of heart will dictate the beginning of the next chapter... or perhaps not! A "one chapter" book!

"Chapter One" wouldn't work... "Exploring"? We don't know if we've learned anything until we look back upon our past experiences and how we've learned from them... and even then, the next chapter can cause a reevaluation of what's been taken as having been learned! Perhaps the title of the book "Learning - One Day at a Time".
