I Am a Runner

for the past 2 weeks I have been waking up around 4am and going on runs. So I just worked out that the route I have been doing is about 2 and a half kilometres. So considering I thought I was at least doing 1 kilometre, that is pretty awesome.

Gotta say out of all the exercise I have done before, this has made me feel the best. screw Yoga and all the other stuff I have been doing for years.
I used to absolutely hate running but now for some reason really enjoy it and I am aiming to get this runners high that I have heard so much about.
boring post I know but felt like writing it as I am proud of myself for actually trying something I once hated with a passion and now really enjoying it

Berries of Plum, you SHOULD be proud, because obesity is a huge problem...your continued running is certainly doing you a world of good, and to have gone to something you used to hate and having grudgingly given it a try...AND stuck with it...sooooo few ppl do that...

@SomeMichGuy aww thanks I am proud. Did it out of boredom at first but now I am getting a tiny bit obsessed with it due to how good it feels once I am finished, plus I am big on looking out for my health

@PlumBerries you started at a great time in your life and it will only reward you more the older you get as you see how well you hold up as opposed to others who do NOT do this.
