I Am a Runner
for the past 2 weeks I have been waking up around 4am and going on runs. So I just worked out that the route I have been doing is about 2 and a half kilometres. So considering I thought I was at least doing 1 kilometre, that is pretty awesome.
Gotta say out of all the exercise I have done before, this has made me feel the best. screw Yoga and all the other stuff I have been doing for years.
I used to absolutely hate running but now for some reason really enjoy it and I am aiming to get this runners high that I have heard so much about.
boring post I know but felt like writing it as I am proud of myself for actually trying something I once hated with a passion and now really enjoying it
