Does anybody know how I could go about getting this make up?

I saw this online and it is gorgeous. Definetly what I need to practice while in lockdown. Does anybody have any comments about the foundation or other aspects? Any brands I can follow?

Try bare minerals . I like the way it applies and has a good foundation .
