I Had a Seizure

This is so hard to talk about but it happened to me where i blacked out in the shower a few months ago and i had the bathroom door locked, i couldve drowned. It happens every so often but that was the first time it happened in the shower, and since then now im afraid to shower with the door closed and definetly never locked again
