But don’t you feel like yourself still? I mean you have more life experience under your belt, and likely more wisdom, but your inner person is the same now as you were when younger. @SageWanderer
@Carissimi I know my body is not the same and will let me know it when I over do things. But my mind is still growing; gaining wisdom, learning and building memories. I have seen the effects of the mind growing old like it does with dementia and it’s not pretty.
