I Want to Quit My Job

I was staring at my letter of resignation for an hour this morning deciding if I should send it or not. I've worked my job for 12 years and am no longer happy with my performance or just being there in general. I don't have any back up and I'll probably end up homeless if I do quit but it's eating away at me and every day is getting harder to get through.

I didn't sent it. I made a mistake. I should have. Take the risk. Either I land on my feet or die from the fall. I'm happy with either option.

Obviously, a backup plan would be better, but I quit my job after 19 years about two years ago and while it wasn't the most well planned decision, I don't regret it.

Well then sorry make up your mind one minute you hate your job and the next your writing resignation letters and not sending them. Well maybe hit them up for a raise.
