I need to stop reaching out to people

Either have the kind of people you know 100% you can fall back on, or rely on yourself.
It's not a good idea to reach out to those who are good time friends.

@SolGryn Ohh.. yeah I get that. People sometimes don't want to be helped, they want people to enable their self pity.

@SW-User I just cant sit by and watch them in pain. I'm just not strong enough to help most people it seems

@SolGryn Why take it personally though? It is very possibly not about you and about their readiness to receive help.
It's a good idea to just let them know you're around when they need you.

@SW-User I never said it was about me. I just have a hard time seeing people down and out with seemingly no one there to help them get back up. It's stupid but that's just how I am. Thanks for the chat
