I Miss My Mom So Much

Her touch was warm. She always smelled like some perfume or scented lotion. The smallest tattoo sat on her right arm. Just a turquoise green T maybe the size of the end of my pinky on her bicep. Her fingernails were always done and painted pink. Her hair was every boys dream, the brightest blonde. Her smile was huge and I found it astonishing because that’s what made it look so much more beautiful to me, Like her smile let out a piece of her heart as soon as she started to grin. Her voice was soft and her laugh never failed to brighten my day.

That’s what I remember. That’s my mom. I’m a piece of my mom but I want the whole thing because I miss her so much. This is really random but I just seem to miss her a lot tonight and it makes me feel better to put my thoughts out.
