I Love To Pie Women In Public

Actually I have never done this and wouldn't really enjoy it unless the intended victim wanted to be pied. This is pretty unlikely but if she did I would very happily pie her... and not just in public. It would be particularly nice if the happy desiring victim was wearing a pleated miniskirt with some boots or thigh highs. Also a great pair of jeans preferably worn with a sexy leather belt would also be great attire for a good pieing.
