The other day I decided to do a little house cleaning, I was really bored and then I thought to my self, it makes time fly, and it also burns calories. I hated the idea at first but then I realised it wasn't as easy as it sounded! It took more than an hour to finish. The next day I checked the weighing scale, and I saw that I lost a kg even though I ate a whole bag of crisps that day! Surprising but true- cleaning house is a great work out!
