It may vary abound county & city but around my area: Ventura county. Food stamps & medi-cal health insurance is covered. No physical address limits you from getting a cellphone,dmv stuff,insurance etc. We basically had to use the only people we're still in contact with for an address. Many churches ignore or dont help, not even w/ parking. Theres no family homeless shelters, theyre dangerous anyway, no VA housing programs other than Section 8 aka VASH which is basically huge demand & waitlists. I guess its house searching again. No wonder many in their 20s live in an RV so they have enough to buy a place or eff it, RV's their home.
