If I can't comment on someone's photo album is that the same as being blocked?

You wouldn't see any of their posts if you were blocked. Not being able to see their albums probably means you aren't friends.

@SW-User they may have changed the settings of the album. (The privacy, to where only friends can comment.)

@SW-User you can only heart or comment a finite number of times, total not just that one person's photos, so if you wait a while you will be able to. Go ahead and try again. If love comments on my art work and photos. There are more if you would like to be my friend.
