@SatanBurger Yes, the 75% of people on Earth who live in the northern hemisphere were happily using CFCs... because they're cheap and convenient... and here in New Zealand we ended up with a hole in the ozone layer (the Coriolis Effect meant that all those CFCs ended up in the southern hemisphere).

Suddenly the rate of skin cancer in New Zealanders skyrocketed to highest in the world.

Now that CFCs aren't used anymore (we humans have found other ways to spray deodorants and cool our refrigerators) the ozone is beginning to repair itself. In 50 years it might even be back to how it was 50 years ago... but for now we dare not let our children outside without hats, clothing, and sunscreen.

Still, those in the northern hemisphere smelt nice,and their drinks kept nice and cold.

@SatanBurger I care greatly about the environment because God tells us to care for the earth! I hate cars and I buy environmentally healthy products! (I do eat an occasional hamburger however) And I pick up trash every time I’m hiking!
But that does not mean that the earth is not made for us, and that Jesus is not coming back to judge the living and the dead!

@TexChik I'm happy to know that you know more about climate change than all the most brilliant scientists in the world. The only people IN THE ENTIRE WORLD who deny climate change are the American right wing. Meanwhile...how many people in the United States in just the last few years have lost their homes due to violent storms, floods, tornadoes, drought, fire.......? It's not going away.

And no lib with a pocket full of my cash can affect the climate . It’s a complete hoax . Al Gore said the polar ice caps would be gone in 2010 and massive flooding would occur . Yet he bought a 9 million dollar beach front condo . Beto Oroark just said we had 12 years or we would all die . They want that green new deal..,but they all fly around in jets . Storms, tornados , hurricanes all run in cycles . No lib can stop that . We are about to go into a period of solar cooling for the next 10-15 years . More snow and rain will happen . That’s a fact . But you libs will blame it on trump ? Wake up and smell what you’re shoveling !

@newjaninev2 Agreed, America still uses ingredients that are banned for good reason in other countries. Some countries won't even accept our meat because of around the same thing.
