I feel that because the work is demanding cleaning i mean i don't think I would actually work well on my own because it would take me twice as long to do the work and i wouldn't be able to reach in the high places and things but working with someone because i may be slower than them they will end up doing the high place jobs and doing that bit more than me and not fair to them .that is why I am kind of focusing on the weaknesses instead of strengths

I never say all it's just like mainly like recent job interviews it's like they have asked me what are my weaknesses i said that i cannot lift heavy things nor am I good at being on stools and things they said ok then asked how fast I would be with like just over 3 hours in striping and cleaning lots of desks and cleaning kitchens toilets and I have to be fast I said well i can try my best but not used to working so fast then the interviewer said I am not been funny but most cleaning jobs are fast environment and even retail now and you need to be able to reach a few high places like doors and walls and things so how are you expected to actually go for a cleaning job or that line of work that you are gonna struggle in .I am not sure what else I am good at .

Ok i could look at things in a different light yeah i am not so fast at things but in my own pace I know i am and can be good at things given enough time if someone said to me in a clear manner they needed help i would help i look at situations not just from my side of things other people's sides also i except everyone is different and accept people as they are i can keep my cool in customer situations like if people were to shout or start on me i can get along with enyone i know i have strengths but it is finding where to actually fit my strengths in when some of jobs more fixernated on the weaknesses as well and some people around me

You have strengths, everyone does. Though if you can't seem to see yours keep looking at the things you aren't good at and keep doing them until they become your strengths.

Oh for things like that only disclose one or two minor weaknesses. For example tell them only if they ask what your weaknesses are... "I tend to work best independently." Which would be a a weakness but by wording it as "I tend to work best independently." You make it appear to be a strength. Which isnt a lie because people that have a hard time focusing do work best by themselves and by following a writen schedule of what needs to be done that day.

I know i do have strengths but it is just getting the focus off the weaknesses. It like going for a job though like retail or cleaning it's awkward they say what are your weaknesses and it kind of puts them off because every thing i would describe as my weaknesses is kind of what I would need for the job role if you get me so it is hard to focus on trying to stay positive and knowing your strengths.

But you can see why I would feel the way i do i so much want work but at same time it's kind of hard to know what to do.
