I Know My Weaknesses, But Not My Strengths

I need to focus more on knowing my strengths .i know my weaknesses they are slight learning difficulties with reading and writing .that i am slower than some people at learning. That i cannot work in fast environment .i cannot carry or lift to heavy things as I have a bad back. I have vertigo and issues with heights i find it difficult to stand on stools sometimes can't stand on them at all because I feel shakey and dizzy .and I also get shakey and funny climbing to steep or to many stairs and can not go up moving stairs. So I can not reach in high places. I have sometimes that I can't concentrate it will just come on and I am very forget full i am shy and nervous at talking to people .so it's hard to sometimes with all that was is my actual strengths if you get me.

You have strengths, everyone does. Though if you can't seem to see yours keep looking at the things you aren't good at and keep doing them until they become your strengths.
