I Am On a Diet
I just joined myfitnesspal.com and entered all that I ate today and drank and how much exercise I got and apparently I'm drinking too much coffee and not eating enough which I already knew, so I ate a couple of snacks. Most of my calorie intake comes from all of the sugar I add to my coffee if I keep this up I will gain 11 lbs in 5 weeks when I'm trying to lose weight! Soooo Tomorrow I plan on decreaseing my coffee and sugar down to 2 cups until I can stop drinking coffee or at least the sugar altogether.....I have however started eating more fruits and vegetables and protein which I entered into my fitness pal diary plus I counted my 20 minute bike ride! Still not good enough! Well this is only day one! I am also working with a dietitian maybe she can help me and my family develop a healthy lifestyle, because this is not really a diet but a lifestyle I don't just want to be skinny again....I want to be healthy again.
