I Am On a Diet

I am making a few lifestyle changes. I just bought a bike so that I can get my exercise everyday. I am eating more fruits and vegetables and protein and then I am going to wean myself off of all of the sugar in my coffee... Plus I am almost weaned off of one of my antipsychotic medications that caused me to gain wright.....I want to be healthy not skinny, but being skinny and in shape will be one of the side effects of these positive lifestyle changes.....I already feel good! I will work with a dietition and ride my bike a little further in shorter time every day until I'm in enough shape to go to the gym..... I also bought a bike for my 10 year old so we can stop being couch potato's and get active together! In the summer I will ride my bike for a half an hour each day and in the winter I will get a gym membership. And eat healthy small portions and stop the sugar and antipsychotics.

It helps if you allow 15-16 hours between dinner and breakfast. I read about this and tried it and it really works well. Also, drinking a glass of water about 15-20 minutes before a meal.
