I Am On a Diet

Ok earlier in my old account i posted that I'm starting diet again. This is more like a lifestyle tho which I'll do for the rest of my life. Most people know as intermittent fasting.

It's my third day

Day #3
Breakfast 9:51am
Black coffee
Lunch 12:10am
Some rice with canned fish and a lil piece of chicken and some sips of sweet tea.

You know that such an extreme diet is not sustainable.
I have recently lost a lot of weight by doing exercise and eating a 1450 calorie a day diet. By my calculation you have eaten about 200 calories which is not sustainable. Try eating to change your lifestyle and stick with that.
Good luck with it all and I hope you acheieve what ever you wish to achieve.

@Hanging2: I'll eat more later on till 6pm. I still have some rice and the fish also I'll buy some chocolate bread and idk maybe gonna get myself a cup of cappuccino


And i did this diet before I've lost 35lbs maybe

@LynnisBack: You have to stop eating the Carbs and eat more protein. No more rice and bread. They are metabolised to quickly and converted to sugar. You need protein and complex carbohydrates. Also eating breakfast kicks starts your day. You need to eat 50% of your Calories at breakfast.
