I Am On a Diet

Am 67kg today and tomorrow starting the egg diet and will weight next week .. let's see if the egg diet works...

What is this diet ?

@TechniCoIorBroccoli nothing but boiled eggs on every meal and green tea ... people are swearing by it .. so am giving it a try
