I Am On a Diet

Is this a good road to get abs in 2 months? I eat only 12 grain wheat breads, filled my fridge with turkey, lettuce, and cheese (for flavor), I have 1 serving size of candy a day so about 13 Sweetarts, and I only drink soda once a week. I work out frequently and have even started wearing 20LBS. leg weights per leg. I am using a toning supplement called Heat Stack too. I have managed to lose 6 pounds and if I lose one more I will hit my goal. But am I on a good track right now?

the cheese I put on it is one slice. I don't like LOAD it up lol. but the soda is kinda my cheat day thing. I used to drink soda daily but 1 can a week should not bee too bad right? and the candy is usually only around 12 grams of sugar a day. i try to avoid fatty foods like pizza and eat salty foods such as pretzels in moderation. as I said I work out frequently and during the summer will be doing martial arts and yoga. So far I have lost 6 pounds (WHICH IS GREAT) and I only started about 3 weeks ago. I am on a med tho called prednisone that causes muscle rot and weight gain so I am awaiting that to be removed but until than I feel this should suit me for now.
