Have you ever been a week without talking to someone ?

My son left a week ago to spend a
Month with his mother , she lives 3000 km away. The house is so empty and cold …. It feels like I am going crazy

You're a good father for letting him build experiences with his mother even though it may leave you lonely and missing him. I hope he gets back soon ❤️

Whenever I get stressed by longing I try to keep myself engaged in hobbies, and I go out because close spaces just emphasize those thoughts for me.

Yes. I took a 10-day backpacking trip once and didn't speak to a soul the entire time. And the first human I encountered when returning to civilization wanted to know if I had seen any peyote cactus. LOL.

@monte3 Very much so. The funny thing is that I HAD seen the specific cacti that produce peyote buttons, but I wasn't going to tell him that.
