I Binge On Food

So, I do this a lot. Not horrendously, but to the point where I have lost all self control and don't even know when or why I started, if that makes sense? And recently, I've been trying to count my calorie intake so that I can make sure I am at a healthy level and not binge, but I'm now worried that's going to backfire because I'm now obsessively counting - not like anorexia, but just to the point where I feel so much more guilty when I do eat. It's like I'm in this horrible cycle of wanting to binge but wanting to restrict and on and on and on.

Every once in awhile,it's good to enjoy yourself.
So don't feel guilty,Just Feel Good :)

@ticklerguy: I don't do it every once in a while or to the point of enjoyment. I do it more than once a week and past the point of enjoyment to the point of guilt and feeling sick and disgust.
