I Binge On Food

So, I do this a lot. Not horrendously, but to the point where I have lost all self control and don't even know when or why I started, if that makes sense? And recently, I've been trying to count my calorie intake so that I can make sure I am at a healthy level and not binge, but I'm now worried that's going to backfire because I'm now obsessively counting - not like anorexia, but just to the point where I feel so much more guilty when I do eat. It's like I'm in this horrible cycle of wanting to binge but wanting to restrict and on and on and on.

I am a binger too, i force myself to binge on veggies though. Its been so long that i naturally go to that now. I never found counting to work, i just increased my exercise intensity and duration. Never buy junk food because you will eat it within a few hours of getting home.

@Flenflyys: Thing is though I am never motivated to exercise no matter how hard I try, it's like hygiene and other basic self care that I just can't seem to handle. But veggies is a real good idea! My most common ones are ice cream, chocolate or crisps to be honest.

ahh i dont have much of a sweet tooth so mine are like chips, extremely fattening cheese, cold cuts, etc. But yea exercising is hard to get into. Good luck though
