Some days I try to understand quantum entaglement or tax laws but today I am stuck on Fireman Sam

If;
Bob the Builder (B+B)
Postman Pat (P+P)

then WHY is it Fireman Sam?

Shouldn't it be Fireman Fred?

I need answers, it just doesn't make sense!

Quantum entanglement is a quantum mechanical phenomenon in which the quantum states of two or more objects have to be described with reference to each other, even though the individual objects may be spatially separated.

@gatorgirl20 Indeed, but quantum entanglement communication implies instant communication at a distance which open the door to the possibility of faster than light communication, or as Einstein called it "Spooky action at a distance". That's insane!!!

@EuphoricTurtle i am not sure it does
Quantum entanglement is a complex phenomenon, but perhaps the simplest explanation, courtesy of Astronomy Magazine, is that quantum entanglement occurs “when two particles are inextricably linked together no matter their separation from one another. Although these entangled particles are not physically connected, they still are able to share information with each other instantaneously — seemingly breaking one of the most hard-and-fast rules of physics: that no information can be transmitted faster than the speed of light.” This the basis for the premise that quantum entanglement can enable communications faster than the speed of light. @gatorgirl20 That's the point, it contradicts a lot of what we hold as standard/ limits, such as the speed of light. And yet...
Two recent studies have confirmed that the "spooky action at a distance" that so upset Albert Einstein — the notion that two entangled particles separated by long distances can instantly affect each other — has been proven to work in a stunning array of different experimental setups.

One experiment closed two of the three loopholes in proofs of spooky action at a distance. Another found that quantum entanglement works over astonishingly large distances.

Overall, the new series of tests is simply confirming what physicists have long suspected.
