Summer just gone awol. It never lasts long! Yesterday was really summer. The morning mists in the valley. But they were being moved from north to south, I should have realised the cold weather was not far behind.

I love it. I love it never gets dark. I love we are outside with the sheep and the sky just goes violet colour, never dark. The birds are singing their socks off. They do it at dawn. But dawn is from eight at night til four in the morning. I go to be...

The feeling when you walk in to your place and its soo fresh/cool temp that you have to check if you left your AC on. Haha I am so grateful for AC, great installation, and hardwood floors, saves me money and a headache. :)

At Easter it was summer. Like 15 degrees. We wore t shirts. Now I take a cardigan to school. And I keep it on all day. The boys complain they are hot after play. But they soon are asking Miss to turn the heating up!

I so do. Easter weekend was beautiful. But now we have to scrape ice off the car to go to the bus stop. And the bus is so cold. I don’t take my coat off. And college ain’t much better. I keep my coat on!

We had summer. It lasted three days this year. A really long hot summer. Last week the fields were covered with ice then three days of 20 degrees. Picnics in the park. Everyone in t shirts. Today. 10 degrees. Rain. Autumn!

It is Summer. Ok two weeks ago it was snowing. It suddenly has gone from subzero to 21 degrees. Today every one was out having picnics and playing in the park. I love Summer is on a Saturday this year. So often it’s a school day and we miss it.

Shorts and Barefoot As we have strung together two semi mild days the cold weather clothing has been replaced with my summer wardrobe. In our home summer means that shorts and barefoot becomes the everyday outfit.

Where I live it is Spring. But I love Summer. I love going down the beach. I love sitting outside to eat my lunch, i love sitting under a tree and chatting with friends. I love Summer! It’s me!
