How long does it take for the swelling to go away?

Ice bucket for you , up past that ankle. Twice a day. You also need to wrap it and stay off of it for a few days. Swelling will last 7-10 days

@booinflipflops2 Remember RICE. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation...stay off of it...😉
