Ice will help the swelling,when i tore up my leg it took almost two weeks

@Starchild1983 I was walking on the sidewalk and then my ankle just rolled on me!
I remember looking down as it happened, seeing my ankle rolling and then seeing stars! lol Then feeling really embarrassed as I tried to walk!
