Addicted to kratom [I Addiction]
I have lupus nephritis and started using kratom over a year ago to help with my fatigue. It is now a problem and not sure how to come off of this stuff

I would say that too. He could prescribe him alternatives and warn of any potential dangers if he stops taking his medication @WSEIII
