Advice on organizing a hectic schedule?

Make a list starting with the most important to the least. Setting smaller goals by breaking down the individual jobs makes it less overwhelming. Plus as you complete one at a time you feel a sense of accomplishment.

A dry felt white board is handy and a full sized calendar as well, no page flipping. Weekly 7 bins can help too, a place to put items that correspond to a specific day.

When I had a hectic schedule I used to make a digital note of my to do list the first thing in the morning along with the estimated time for each task. I'd put ten to fifteen minute breaks in between the longer tasks, and 5 between the smaller ones.
I had a timer in my phone that I'd run during a task. I also joined an online community of other people who had the same goals, and we'd keep one another motivated, which helped me not lose my pace.

I鈥檓 terrible with organisation. I have a magnetic whiteboard on my fridge with the month鈥檚 roster and anything outstanding I need to do. I also take a picture of it for when I鈥檓 out and about
