Yes, but without risk, there's no chance to find out what you might achieve. Customer service must be the worst ever. Anyone calling you is already angry.

I used to have a soul-sucking job. Hated it. Realized that my life was mine to make. Took night classes and tried something different. Then I realized that office work was sucking all of the joy out of my life. Became a nanny. Never regretted the change. And the pay was better.
