Heute typisch italienisch

We feed our estate workers, as a little perk if you like of their working for and with us. Today, we have prepared a typically Italian lunch with antipasti, ciabatta, goats cheese, mixed salad leaves, olives and pinenuts, tomatoes, avocados, and fresh boiled eggs.

It's served with coffee, water, fruit juices, and wine! Desserts include homebaked patisserie, fruit and cheese.

Everyone has plenty! It's important to us to provide for our friends in this way. Today we have eight workers with us, my parents, my brothers and my eldest brother's fiancee.
