I Hate All Forms Of Racism

I've got plenty of feelings about it, but I'd like to hear yours first.

An interview may determine a persons suitability for the job and if one is uncomfortable with someone taking care of their child it is ok to not hire them.....but to exclude them from consideration because of race is racist.

@bowman81 I qualify for this job in all other respects, but doesn't this tell me I shouldn't bother replying because of the color of my skin?
