I Am Not Normal

I just worked out why I hate myself. I do not conform to accepted societal norms. And I really really want to conform to accepted societal norms so I can be like everyone else.

Hating myself for this BS reason is even more depressing than hating myself.

@Repete yeah apparently. So how comes everyone around me appears normal, gets upset about things they're supposed to get upset about and generally has normal lives.

im not sure. It seems to me like everyone lives in their little circle today and thinks anyone that thinks or does something different is wrong . It use to be simple black and white but now it's all gray or a lot of gray. My opinion is first you have to be happy with YOU . Then let others be themselves . Life is to short to be mad or try to run someone else's life. If people don't like what you like that's their problem as long as it's legal.

@Repete yep, I have no problems with what other people do. I've been far to busy making myself fit in to worry about others. But i take your point and really they can have no problem with how I live. I need to give myself the same love and acceptance I try my best to give others.
