I am working from home again for a few weeks.

@iamnikki So you know the judge reviews the case. Right? We bookmark all the important pages for him. Cases usually have 60 pages to somewhere 3000 pages. So this is done on an urgent basis because the judge needs to study the case and pass the judgement.

We are also made to code on the main webpage of the court so that the cases will be displayed for the next hearing. Code as in add elements to the webpage and maintain the database of the cases to be displayed by the rest of the staff in the court.

@Beatbox34 see that's what I thought but I was like, let me ask to be sure lol. That's cool. I wondered who helps them, I knew they weren't THAT smart . Just like docs and nurses. We know who does all the work.

@iamnikki Its very monotonous lol and you'll get bored super quick.

@smiler2012 not too much. I technically still have to be available. I went for a morning walk and to my chiropractor this morning. Had clients call during that. I need to start getting up early, like 7am to go for walks. That way it's less hot and I don't get interrupted. I mean, I can always call back so it's not too big a deal. Just breaks my concentration and mood a little.

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline right! I had put in for PTO for next week. But since we are working from home, I took it back. Manager was like " are you sure". Of course. I'm still gonna get calls and emails while I'm off anyway, just like I am now so what's the difference? I'm home for 2 weeks and can't do too much due to covid so...

@Stereoguy I'll try. I still have to be available and answer phone but I doubt many will call. Most don't call now and I end up having to call them. I will call all the folks I need to today and worry about the rest Monday.
