I Believe In Fasting

I fast in order to increase my energy levels. In hunter and gatherer times, humans didn’t eat five to six meals a day. They only ate when they could, which was after catching their only meal for the day. I follow the intermittent fasting lifestyle. I also fast so that I hit a calorie deficit in order to lose body fat. I’m in the cutting phase (losing body fat so I can see my six pack abs). When I fulfill that goal, I’ll enter the bulking phase (gaining muscle). Even when I do a lean bulk, I’ll still do intermittent fasting. I just need to eat more calories when I’m bulking in order to get bigger. Although I fast, I gain muscle while I cut or bulk because of my workouts. Muscles continue to grow and become stronger if you continue to challenge yourself by making your exercises more difficult as days and weeks progress.
