I Get So Annoyed With Today's Bad Mannered, Spoiled Children

I just got done talking to my girlfriend who's at work and some fucking kid threw a butter knife at her head! It was enough to make her bleed and have to pay a visit to the medical staff at that preschool. She told me it was the same kid that has a history of being rowdy and violent with teachers and other kids! I really hope they expel that little shit after this; he's hurt a few kids and now he's injured a teacher. I don't know what his damage is, but this should not be tolerated any longer!

Is it wrong to wrong the butter knife back at him?
[@376875,Pherick] 🗡 no no

[@376875,Pherick] *looks the other way briefly.

Huh, what? What was that? I didn't see nothing but that bluejay in the window.

[@376875,Pherick] staff get in trouble for raising their voices at kids these days. They are just supposed to take it.....

That's ridiculous. Sounds like my sisters nephew who's parents don't do shut as far as parenting.

It's a shame that schools don't separate these kinds of kids I to special class rooms anymore. They are so focused on " normalizing " these special cases that all the other kids have to suffer to give privilege to these few. It's insanity. It's even moving that way I.to.the adult sphere these days. Like the many should all suffer a little to ease the few. Lunacy.

[@521796,MethDozer] Yeah, my girlfriend says the teacher just always overlook his behavior. Maybe give him a time-out or write a note to his parents, but that obviously isn't working. They better do something about it now, this is so not okay!
MethDozer · M
[@27917,Carver] I don't get this current nonsense of " the best way to deal with bad and dangerous behaviour is to coddle and placate the child". Not only does it make no sense. It clearly doesn't work as being demonstrated over and over again with the way youth is turning out. Quit trying to save the 1 waste case at the expense of others and put their ass to the hot seat till they straighten up.

[@521796,MethDozer] I wholeheartedly agree. You put it well: it's total lunacy.

.....this is why i walked out on my job as a teaching assistant earlier this year after 15 years.
They should suspend the kid.

Where in the world are you? Or maybe schools have changed. I don't know. I've seen kids expelled for less.
RubySoo · 51-55, F
[@960394,raysam363] Here in the UK the education authority have to provide a child with education and there are very few units and schools that specialise for 'problem kids' so they dont get ecpelled because there is nowhere else to put them. I got attacked 2 years ago. Kicked, punched, smacked and pushed. The child was suspended and the parents appealled. I was warned if their appeal was successful the child would return to my class and id be expected to carry on as before.
Thankfully for... they lost their appeal. But can you believe the following year in my new class...his sister was one of the kids i was expected to support!! I pointed this out to the head and she said...'oh sorry....it was an oversight. I'll move you because i dont think the parents will be pleased!' Nowt to do with protecting her staff tho......

[@329653,RubySoo] Here parents will sue if their precious innocent baby gets suspended or expelled. More than before the school systems cave in these days. Kids can't learn if they never have consequences.
RubySoo · 51-55, F
[@960394,raysam363] in our school the consequence would be spending the afternoon in the heads office. I go and pick them up ready for hometime to find them with a glass of squash and buscuits happily playing on an ipad!
Great punishment!!
updown2020 · 56-60, M
Well it maybe harsh but why not file a police report for assault? If the school will not protect the students and staff then you well your gf has to.
UserNameSW · 41-45, M
How she gets better soon.

Sounds like this child needs an intervention
sarabee1995 · 26-30, F
That's awful Alex. I'm with you on the expulsion. I hope it happens.
Ellen · 46-50, F
This is so sad. I hope your gf is OK.
