I made a baked potato....

And instead of using sour cream, I used nondairy plain yogurt and mixed in a few clumps of avocado. I blended it up and used it as a topping.

i've heard about that. a Greek once told me of a recipe with plain yogurt with caramelized onions & garlic!!
