I Have Insomnia

I finally go get to see a sleep specialist in April. Sadly though my doctor cant give me any other sleep aids to try so all she did is up the dose of my current one. Now im sicker than ever and dont know if i should just hold out until april or go back even tho theres nothing else she can put me (ive had reaction to to many medications that she cant even try some of them cuz there in the familys of the ones ive had reactions too)
