I Have Insomnia

I dont know if this is Insomnia or Anxiety. I find it hard to sleep because I always feel I have something to do and I feel like I have too much to do and then I end up on the computer just wasting time and listening to music. Watching TV as the dumbest infomercials. I've probably seen the AirFryer one 200 times. What happened to all the Time Life Music collections that use to come on? Does anyone else have this go on in their life or am I the only one? I use to write alot more on Experience Project about this topic and it just hit me again. I envy people who can just lay down in bed and just fall asleep in a matter of 5 minutes. The worst part is after I do fall asleep I am a light sleeper so any noise I wake up. Dripping sinks are horrible BUT not as bad as hearing Centipedes walking. DAMN tools of the devil that have no useful purpose.

I read somstging recently they think irs a form of anxiety caused by our gadgets.
Trust that feeling of needing to do sometyibg comes from your mobile devices. Try if you can stick to a night time routine where you go to bed the same time every night, no caffeeine, no phone or mobile device 1 hour before bed.
Also make your bedroom a space productive to sleep. Clutter free, not too warm, fresh sheets, try drinking like lavender, maye even a chamomile tea.
